You can - here is the solution: Deficiency Reporter.de - a free app for the phone. With just a few clicks, a defect or damage in the street can be documented with a photo. The position is automatically determined by GPS and the matter is forwarded directly to the responsible authority.
It's that easy:
- Download the app to your mobile phone for free and call it up
- Take a photo and describe any defects or concerns
- Send message
Defectsmelder.de checks whether it is a serious matter and forwards it to the appropriate municipality so that processing can be initiated. You will then receive an email informing you that your report has been passed on to the right place. In the following time, you will always be kept up to date on the status of the processing of your request by email.
The app works as a comprehensive platform in cities and municipalities in Germany, including Essen, Bremen, Mannheim, Görlitz, Ulm, Witten, Konstanz and Darmstadt.
